Privacy and security

Egora keeps curriculum work local by default and explains the remote services involved in AI generation.

Local workspace

Curriculum files and saved teaching preferences remain on the educator's computer by default.

Remote inference

AI generation is not offline. Requests go through the educator's Gateway account to the selected remote model provider. The beta does not permit names, identifiable student information, IEPs, or other private student records.
